Oh miracle!

Simplicity is beauty.

Dear everyone:

eletheowl:

Sometimes you have to be strong for yourself. You have to know that you’re a good person and a good friend. What’s meant to be will end up good and what’s not - won’t. Love is worth fighting for, but sometimes you can’t be the only one fighting. At times, people need to fight for you. If they don’t, you just have to move on and realize what you gave them was more than they were willing to give you. Hopefully, people realize great things when they come around and don’t lose something real. Always fight, until you can’t anymore and then be fought for.
But, if you look closely you might see someone like you. Someone trying to find their way; someone trying to find their place; someone trying to find their self. Sometimes it’s easy to feel like you’re the only one in the world who’s struggling, who’s frustrated, or unsatisfied at barely getting by. But, that feeling is a lie and if you just hold on; just find the courage to face it all for another day, someone or something will find the way and make it all okay. Because we all need a little help sometimes, someone to help us hear the music in the world. To remind us that it won’t always be this way. That someone is out there, and that someone will find you. Isn’t it weird knowing that your heart probably belongs to someone you don’t even know yet?Your heart is probably subconciously waiting for him/her.And all the while you’re wasting your time on high school kids who won’t matter in the scheme of things. It sucks that what college or graduate school you go to has to determine who your future spouse is. But does it?Or do people just settle because it’s scary seeing post-grad kids who are still single? What if you never meet the right person?Or what if you don’t realize you met the right person until it’s too late? What if you meet the real right person after you met who you initially thought was the right person but really isn’t?What if you’re someone who doesn’t even have a right person? What are you supposed to do then?Maybe the stupid high school kids do matter in the long run…
Oh, I hope they are worth it. Because all of this is such a waste of time.

But who can say what’s best? That’s why you need to grab whatever chance you have of happiness where you find it, and not worry about other people too much. My experience tells me that we get no more than two or three such chances in a life time, and if we let them go, we regret it for the rest of our lives. Haruki Murakami (Norwegian Wood)
